    摘要:

    上海某跨越Ⅲ级内河航道大桥水中桥墩的防撞设施,在经历过7次船撞事故后,结构严重受损,防撞性能急剧下降,急需修复。通过对防撞设施的原设计资料、船撞事件、历史维修情况的调查及专项检测结果的分析,确定了内防撞设施采取维修、外防撞设施采取拆除更换的修复方式,既保证了防撞设施的消能效果,又避免了复杂的水上施工,节约了工程造价。同时,针对原外防撞设施被撞后易造成船体划破进水甚至沉船的状况,通过防撞钢套箱结构和构造细节优化及外侧缓冲橡胶护舷增设,极大程度地减缓了碰撞船舶可能所受到的损伤程度。本工程的设计研究和成功实践可为今后同类防撞设施的修复提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The anti-collision facilities of the bridge piers in a river-crossing bridge over a Class III inland waterway in Shanghai have been severely damaged and the anti-collision performances have drastically declined after seven ship collision accidents, necessitating urgent repair. Through an investigation of the original design documents of the anti-collision facilities, the ship collision events and historical maintenance records, and an analysis of special inspection results, a repair approach is determined such as repairing the inner anti-collision facilities and removing and replacing the outer anti-collision facilities, which not only ensures the energy dissipation effect of the anti-collision facilities, but also avoids the complex over-water construction, thereby saving the engineering costs. Additionally, in response to the issue where the original outer anti-collision facilities could easily cause ship hull rupture, water ingress, or even sinking after collisions, the possible damage to the colliding vessel will be greatly reduced through the optimization of the anti-collision steel casing structure and construction details, as well as the addition of outer buffer rubber fenders. The design research and successful practice of this project can provide references for the repair of similar anti-collision facilities in the future.
