    摘要:

    城市更新背景下,传统铺砖人行道普遍存在易碎裂沉降、运维成本高、无障碍适配性差等行业痛点,现浇拉毛混凝土已成为人行道提质改造的重要技术方向,但国内缺乏系统的工艺管控标准。现结合深圳、潮州地区工程实践,系统梳理拉毛混凝土人行道全流程施工工序,明确各环节核心技术参数与质量控制要点,构建适配南方多雨、非机动车流量大场景的标准化施工管控体系。该成果可直接指导同类工程施工,有效解决传统人行道高频病害,为城市慢行系统提质改造提供可复制的实践范式,具有重要的工程指导价值与行业推广意义。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of urban renewal, traditional brick sidewalks have common industry pain points such as fragmentation and settlement, high operation and maintenance costs, and poor barrier-free adaptability. The cast-in-situ roughened concrete has become an important technical direction for quality improvement of sidewalks, but there is a lack of systematic process control standards in China. Combined with the engineering practices in Shenzhen and Chaozhou, the whole construction process of roughened concrete sidewalks is systematically sorted out, the core technical parameters and quality control points of each link are clarified, and a standardized construction control system adapted to the rainy and high-density non-motorized vehicle scenarios in southern China is constructed. The results can directly guide the construction of similar projects, effectively solve the high-frequency diseases of traditional sidewalks, and provide a replicable practice paradigm for the quality improvement of urban slow traffic systems, which has the important engineering guidance value and industry promotion significance.
