Abstract:Under the background of urban renewal, traditional brick sidewalks have common industry pain points such as fragmentation and settlement, high operation and maintenance costs, and poor barrier-free adaptability. The cast-in-situ roughened concrete has become an important technical direction for quality improvement of sidewalks, but there is a lack of systematic process control standards in China. Combined with the engineering practices in Shenzhen and Chaozhou, the whole construction process of roughened concrete sidewalks is systematically sorted out, the core technical parameters and quality control points of each link are clarified, and a standardized construction control system adapted to the rainy and high-density non-motorized vehicle scenarios in southern China is constructed. The results can directly guide the construction of similar projects, effectively solve the high-frequency diseases of traditional sidewalks, and provide a replicable practice paradigm for the quality improvement of urban slow traffic systems, which has the important engineering guidance value and industry promotion significance.
