    摘要:

    在城市更新的背景下,交通饱和路段开展高架改造,为确保现状道路正常通行,工程项目需采用轻量化混凝土预制盖梁进行安装作业。梳理了预制盖梁的多种轻量化方案,包括轻质高强材料采用、结构体系优化、施工方法改进等,并重点研究了预制混凝土盖梁纵向分片方案。针对大挑臂预制盖梁的3种纵向分片方案进行对比研究,纵向分片后设置全截面湿接缝的方案具有相对优势,并对其设计、施工方案进行了细致的分析,可在同类工程建设中推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Against the backdrop of urban renewal, the elevated road sections with saturated traffic are being reconstructed. To guarantee the normal traffic of existing roads, the lightweight precast concrete bent caps are adopted for installation in the project. The multiple lightweighting schemes for precast bent caps are sorted out, including the application of lightweight and high-strength materials, the optimization of structural systems and the improvement of construction methods, and the longitudinal segmentation scheme of precast concrete bent caps is specially studied. For large-cantilever precast bent caps, three types of longitudinal segmentation schemes are compared and analyzed. The scheme of setting full-section wet joints after longitudinal segmentation has a relative advantage, and its design and construction schemes are analyzed in detail, which is convenient for promotion and application in similar engineering construction projects.
