Abstract:At present, urban infrastructure projects are confronted with an increasing number of dynamic challenges. Applying the systematic thinking of "dynamic governance" is the key to solving these problems. Taking the intersection node of Jianshan Road and Maigan Highway in Gansu (Tianshui) International Land Port as the research object, the entire process of technical scheme adjustment at this node caused by the reconstruction of regional road network planning, multi-dimensional comparison and selection of interchange structure types, and changes in investment models is sorted out. The practical experience in the process of adjusting the technical scheme of this node is studied and summarized. The essence of adjusting technical schemes lies in seeking a multi-dimensional unity of functional, economic and social values in a dynamic environment. It is necessary to strictly control the project planning and initiation stages, and also adopt a more open, flexible and systematic attitude, viewing each adjustment as an opportunity to optimize the project and create value. The research results can provide references for the scientific decision-making and sustainable implementation of major engineering projects in the context of the new era.
