Abstract:In order to solve the common problems in asphalt pavement construction in tunnels, such as weak digital monitoring signals, small construction spaces, and insufficient homogenization of conventional manned construction, the research on the application of unmanned smart construction technology in tunnels is carried out. Based on digital monitoring technology, the PWL (percent within limits) evaluation method is used to evaluate the asphalt mixture mixing and transportation, paving and rolling construction. The results show that the PWL quality scores of the digital monitoring of key parameters of asphalt mixture construction have reached above 90. Compared with conventional manned construction, the variation coefficients of theoretical compaction and structural depth index detection after unmanned smart construction are smaller, and the PWL quality score is 100, which verifies that unmanned smart construction is helpful for homogenization control and provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale application of unmanned smart construction in tunnel asphalt pavement.
