    摘要:

    为解决圩堤除险加固工程施工质量风险识别不全面、管控针对性不强的问题,以高安市万亩圩堤龙湾堤为研究对象,开展施工质量风险评估研究。方法上构建了“人员—材料设备—施工技术—管理监督—自然环境”五维指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重并完成一致性检验,结合模糊综合评价量化风险等级。结论表明,AHP—模糊综合评价模型可实现“抽检数据—过程记录—专家认知”的统一量化,适用于圩堤除险加固工程质量风险评估,可为同类工程提供管控参考。

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of incomplete identification of construction quality risks and weak targeted control in the embankment hazard elimination and reinforcement project, taking the 10,000-mu Longwan Embankment in Gaoan City as the research object, a study on the risk assessment of construction quality is carried out. A five-dimensional index system of “personnel - materials and equipment - construction technology - management and supervision - natural environment” is established in terms of methods. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the index weights and complete the consistency check. And the risk level is quantified by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The conclusion shows that the AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can achieve the unified quantification of “spot-check data - process records - expert cognition”, and is applicable to the quality risk assessment of embankment hazard elimination and reinforcement projects, which can provide a reference for the control of similar projects.
