城市道路微改造治理方案深度探索

Deep Exploration of Urban Road Micro-reconstruction Treatment Scheme: A Case Study of Xi'an Urban Road Micro-reconstruction Experience in 2025

摘要:

在城市发展从“增量扩张”转向“存量提质”的关键阶段，西安市以破解交通供需矛盾、回应民生期盼为核心，继2024年微改造实践后，于2025年全面推进城市道路微改造工程。基于西安市2025年市政道路微改造实践，从工程概况、全周期治理体系、关键技术与创新亮点、改造成效以及未来展望等方面，系统总结“微投入、大成效”在管理体系、设计理念、施工措施等各个方面的改造经验，为同类城市存量道路治理、精细化城市建设提供可复制、可推广的实践参考。

Abstract:

At the critical stage of urban development from “incremental expansion” to “stock upgrading”, with the aim of resolving the contradiction between transportation supply and demand and responding to the expectations of the people, the micro-renovation project of urban roads was fully promoted for Xi'an City in 2025 after the micro-renovation practice in 2024. Based on the micro-renovation practice of municipal roads in Xi'an in 2025, the renovation experience of “micro-investment, great effect” in management system, design concept, construction measures and other aspects are systematically summarized from the aspects of engineering overview, full-cycle governance system, key technologies and innovation highlights, renovation achievements and future prospects, which provide a replicable and popularized practical reference for the management of existing roads and refined urban construction in similar cities.
