    摘要:

    近年来极端暴雨频发使城市隧道内涝风险加剧,为有效应对城市隧道积淹风险、提升内涝防控水平,需充分发挥工程性和非工程性措施的效能。以城市隧道为研究对象,聚焦工程性防淹措施展开系统分析,遵循“疏堵结合、高水高排、低水低排” 思路,将工程措施分为拦截控源、削减峰值、强排兜底与配套保障,明确各类措施的技术要求及综合运用策略。4类措施联动可有效阻断客水、削减径流峰值、提升强排能力,形成可靠防淹屏障,为隧道排水工程设计优化与管理增效提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the frequent occurrence of extreme rainstorms has intensified the risk of waterlogging and flooding in urban tunnels. To effectively address the risk of urban tunnel flooding and enhance the level of urban waterlogging prevention and control, it is necessary to fully leverage the effectiveness of both engineering and non-engineering measures. Taking urban tunnels as the research object, a systematic analysis is carried out focusing on engineering flood prevention measures. Following the idea of “combining blocking and draining, discharging high-level water at high elevations and low-level water at low elevations”, the engineering measures are classified into interception and source control, peak reduction, forced discharge as a safety net, and supporting support. The technical requirements and comprehensive application strategies for each type of measure are clearly defined. The linkage of four types of measures can effectively block incoming water, reduce the peak of runoff, and enhance the capacity for forced drainage to form a reliable flood prevention barrier, which provides a reference for the design optimization and management efficiency improvement of tunnel drainage engineering.
