Abstract:To address the challenges of stringent settlement control standards, complex deformation mechanisms, and difficult monitoring implementation for deep-buried tunnels in soft soil areas, relying on a tunnel construction project in Shanghai, the research is conducted on settlement monitoring technology and its engineering applications. A high-precision hydrostatic leveling system (HLS) and a machine vision-based intelligent deformation recognition system are developed, and an integrated visualization platform for monitoring data of civil engineering of large-scale scientific facilities is established. The results indicate that (1) The measurement resolution of the HLS system reaches 0.01 mm, and the accuracy of the machine vision system within a range of 20 m is better than 0.1 mm, meeting the requirements of monitoring accuracy. (2) Tunnel settlement exhibits non-linear growth with construction progress, and the influence of surface surcharge during the operation phase shows a two-stage characteristic, with a significantly higher settlement growth rate when the surcharge is less than 50 kPa. (3) The smart perception platform realizes integrated management and multi-dimensional visualization of geological, structural, construction and monitoring data. The relevant results have been applied in practical engineering, providing a reference for settlement monitoring and control of deep-buried tunnels in soft soil areas.
