Abstract:When urban shield tunnels pass through the urban renewal areas such as old factory zones and abandoned docks, the concealed obstacles such as remaining pile foundations and abandoned structures can cause construction risks such as cutter head damage, shield jamming, and ground subsidence. Relying only on the current surface and a single detection method, there are problems such as information omission, strong multi-solution nature, missing archives, and human description deviations. To ensure construction safety, relying on shield tunneling projects in multiple complex old sites, a research idea of case analysis and multi-source information fusion is adopted to construct an integrated detection technology route of historical traceability - comprehensive geophysical exploration - direct verification. Risk doubts are identified through historical images, ownership data and personnel interviews, abnormal areas are delineated by comprehensive geophysical exploration, and parameters are accurately verified by means of magnetic survey boreholes, drilling and other methods. Practice shows that this technology can eliminate surface interference, make up for the shortage of archives, realize accurate determination of obstacles, provide a basis for route optimization, equipment selection and obstacle clearance scheme formulation, and has important application value for improving the construction of urban shield tunnel resilience.
