Abstract:The leakage of water supply network not only causes the waste of water resource, but also brings the economic loss to water supply enterprises, seriously affecting the sustainable development of enterprises. The leakage composition is complex, including real leakage, metering loss and management loss. How to accurately identify the key control factors of leakage is the core of improving the utilization efficiency of leakage control funds. Facing the challenge of high leakage rate in City A, a systematic leakage management and control system is built and implemented covering water balance analysis, pipeline leakage detection and repair, meter metering efficiency optimization, regionalized management of pipe network, pressure regulation and other measures. Through the case of water supply leakage control, the comprehensive leakage rate of City A has been reduced from 15.57% to 11.88% in the past three years. The construction idea and specific practice of this system have achieved remarkable water-saving control effects in order to provide reference for similar cities.
