    摘要:

    供水管网漏损即造成了水资源浪费,也给供水企业带来经济损失,严重影响企业可持续发展。漏损构成复杂,包括真实漏失、计量损失与管理损失等,如何精准找到漏损的关键控制因子,是提高控漏资金使用效率的核心。A市面对高漏损率挑战,构建并实施了一套涵盖水量平衡分析、管道探漏修漏、表具计量效率优化、管网分区管理及压力调控等措施的系统性漏损管控体系。通过供水漏损控制实例,实现了A市近三年综合漏损率由15.57%降至11.88%。该体系的构建思路与具体实践,达到节水控制效果显著,以期为同类城市提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The leakage of water supply network not only causes the waste of water resource, but also brings the economic loss to water supply enterprises, seriously affecting the sustainable development of enterprises. The leakage composition is complex, including real leakage, metering loss and management loss. How to accurately identify the key control factors of leakage is the core of improving the utilization efficiency of leakage control funds. Facing the challenge of high leakage rate in City A, a systematic leakage management and control system is built and implemented covering water balance analysis, pipeline leakage detection and repair, meter metering efficiency optimization, regionalized management of pipe network, pressure regulation and other measures. Through the case of water supply leakage control, the comprehensive leakage rate of City A has been reduced from 15.57% to 11.88% in the past three years. The construction idea and specific practice of this system have achieved remarkable water-saving control effects in order to provide reference for similar cities.
