Abstract:With the deepening of the concept of “integration of station, city and people” in transportation hubs, the high-density developed areas around hubs have increasingly higher requirements for the hub distribution system. Under the requirements of the green and low-carbon transformation of urban transportation, improving the quality of green transportation travel at hubs is crucial for strengthening the radiation and driving role of hubs to surrounding areas. By interpreting the concept of green transportation and combined with the characteristics of the surrounding areas of the hub, the planning methods for green transportation travel at the hub are studied, and the system-specific planning requirements and green transportation planning ideas are proposed. Taking Suzhou North Railway Station as an example, a convenient, fast and green quality transportation travel scheme for the hub is planned and proposed, providing a planning basis for improving the green travel quality of the hub and offering reference and inspiration for new or updated hub areas.
