Abstract:The road cement stabilized base is the core form of semi-rigid base, which features the advantages such as high strength, strong integrity, outstanding bearing capacity, economical cost and convenient construction, and is widely used in various grades of highways and urban road projects, and is a key structural layer guaranteeing the stability of pavement structure and extending the service life of roads. The core properties, raw material quality control requirements, mix proportion design methods, key construction process parameters, and common disease prevention and control mechanisms of cement stabilized base are systematically sorted out. Relying on laboratory tests and engineering practices, the mechanisms of raw materials, mix ratios, construction techniques, environment and other factors on the mechanical properties, stability and durability of the base are clarified. The key technical points and practical experience in engineering applications are extracted, providing the scientific, systematic and rigorous technical support for the design, construction, quality control and maintenance of road cement stable base, and helping improve the quality of road engineering construction and long-term service performance.
