    摘要:

    滩涂治理工程和海塘工程作为重要的河口海岸工程类型,关系上海城市防灾减灾以及海洋生态文明建设。为适应新的发展要求,编制单位对《滩涂促淤圈围造地工程设计规范》(DG/TJ 08-2111—2012)开展系统性修订,形成《滩涂治理与海塘工程设计标准》(DG/TJ 08-2111—2024)替代原规范,于2025年5月1日正式实施。为便于使各方准确地贯彻实施该标准,介绍了标准修订依据、总体修订情况,着重阐述了各章节核心修订内容以及本次修订的主要特色,为上海市滩涂治理与海塘工程的规范化、生态化设计提供了重要依据。

    Abstract:

    Tidal flat management projects and sea dike projects, as important types of estuarine and coastal engineering, are related to disaster prevention and mitigation in Shanghai and the construction of marine ecological civilization. To adapt to the new development requirements, the compiling unit has carried out a systematic revision of the Design Code for Tidal Flat Siltation Promotion Circle Land Reclamation Engineering (DG/TJ 08-2111—2012), and the Design Standard for Tidal Flat Governance and Sea Dike Engineering (DG/TJ 08-2111—2024) is formed to replace the original code, which was officially implemented on May 1, 2025. To facilitate accurate implementation and application of this standard by all relevant parties, the revision basis and overall revision overview are introduced, and the focus is on elaborating the core revised contents of each chapter as well as the major features of this revision, which provides an important basis for the standardized and ecological design of tidal flat management and sea dike engineering in Shanghai.
