    摘要:

    鉴于市政现场焊接受空间、环境及焊工水平等影响,传统“经验型”管理模式存在焊接参数不可视与环境感知滞后等问题,为保证钢结构结构安全,依托某市政高架桥梁工程,针对钢箱梁现场焊接体量大、周期长、环境多变的特点,系统识别人、材、机、法、环等关键控制指标。通过利用物联网技术和BIM平台,实现了对焊接全过程要素的实时监控与闭环管理。实践表明,该模式有效解决了传统管理中存在的弊端,项目焊缝无损检测一次合格率在95%以上,有效证明了数字化管控手段在改善焊接质量上具有明显优势,其经验与模式可供类似市政钢结构的现场焊接质量控制借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Given that on-site welding in municipal areas is affected by factors such as space, environment and welders' skills, the traditional “experience-based” management model has problems such as invisible welding parameters and lagging environmental perception. To ensure the safety of steel structures, relying on a municipal elevated bridge project, and aiming at the characteristics of large volume, long cycle and variable environment of on-site welding of steel box girders, the key control indicators such as personnel, materials, machinery, methods and environment are systematically identified. By leveraging IoT technology and BIM platforms, the real-time monitoring and closed-loop management of welding process elements are achieved. The practice shows that this model effectively addresses the shortcomings of traditional management, and the first-time pass rate of non-destructive testing of project welds is over 95%, which effectively proves that digital control measures have obvious advantages in improving welding quality. Its experience and model can be used as a reference for on-site welding quality control of similar municipal steel structures.
