    摘要:

    以上海市彩虹人行天桥项目为背景,为攻克跨水域的大跨度异形钢箱梁大节段吊装施工难题,采用一体化施工策略,深入说明了现场组装节段的工艺过程、吊装设备的选择与力学核验、吊点的优化排布、临时支撑体系设计、吊装定位的精准控制以及施工全流程的安全监测等核心技术,解决了大吨位、复杂截面以及跨航道吊装精度掌控与施工风险管控的问题。从工程实际情况来看,一次吊装便能够实现需求,桥梁的线形十分流畅,在施工的整个过程中保证安全且可进行有效控制,为相似的大跨度异形钢箱梁大节段整体吊装工作提供技术方面的指引以及工程经验借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Shanghai Rainbow Pedestrian Overpass Project as the research background, an integrated construction strategy is adopted to address the construction challenges in hoisting large segments of long-span special-shaped steel box girders spanning water areas. The key technologies including on-site segment assembly procedures, selection and mechanical verification of hoisting equipment, optimized layout of hoisting points, design of temporary support systems, precise control of hoisting positioning, and full-process safety monitoring during construction are explained in detail, which solves the problems of precision control and construction risk management for large-tonnage, complex cross-section and cross-channel hoisting. Engineering practice demonstrates that one hoisting operation can meet the requirements, and the alignment of the bridge is very smooth. Throughout the entire construction process, the safety and effective control can be ensured, providing technical guidance and engineering experience references for the integral hoisting of large segments of similar long-span special-shaped steel box girders.
