    产业园区常规公交普遍存在平峰时段运力闲置、末端接驳供需不匹配的行业共性问题,难以适配园区碎片化、弹性化的员工出行需求。针对该现状,研发一套适配中小规模园区的需求响应式公交智能调度系统,搭建软硬件一体的协同服务体系,构建路径重叠率与时间匹配度双维度顺路拼车调度数学模型,形成高峰定线、平峰动态响应的双模式运营机制。依托实际产业园区开展工程示范应用,实测数据表明,该系统可有效提升公交百公里载客量、降低车辆空驶率,大幅压缩乘客候车时间,显著提升园区地铁接驳公交分担率。研究成果可有效破解产业园区公共交通末端出行难题,为国内同类工业园区公交智能化改造、精细化交通治理提供可落地的工程参考。

    Abstract:

    Conventional bus services in industrial parks commonly suffer from idle transport capacity during off-peak periods and mismatches between supply and demand in last-mile connections, making it difficult to accommodate the fragmented and flexible travel needs of employees. To address these issues, an intelligent dispatching system for demand-responsive bus services tailored to small-sized and medium-sized industrial parks is developed. An integrated software-hardware collaborative service framework is established, and a mathematical dispatching model for en-route ride sharing is formulated based on two dimensions of route overlap rate and temporal matching degree. A dual-mode operation mechanism is then developed, featuring fixed-route services during peak hours and dynamic demand-responsive services during off-peak hours. An engineering demonstration is conducted in a real industrial park. The measured results show that the system can effectively increase the passenger volume per 100 vehicle-kilometres, reduce the empty-running rate of vehicles, substantially shorten the waiting time of passenger, and significantly increase the share of the metro connection to the bus in the park. The research results can effectively solve the terminal travel problems of public transport in industrial parks, providing practical engineering references for the intelligent reconstruction of public transport and refined traffic management in similar industrial parks in China.
